RETURN POLICY
Vaporizers
If you purchase a vaporizer and it is defective you may exchange it within 14 days for a new vaporizer or receive store credit. You must have the original receipt, all original packag-ing and parts. We are not responsible for any misuse that results in damages. After 14 days you will have to go through the manufacturer for any repairs or exchanges.
oIL pENS/pORTABLE DAB RIGS
If you purchase a vaporizer pen and the battery is defective you may ex-change it within 14 days for a working battery or receive store credit. You must have the original receipt, all original packaging and all parts. Unused atomizers may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase for a new atomizer. We are not responsible for any misuse that results in damages. After 14 days you will have to go through the manufacturer for all repairs or exchanges.
gLASS
Glass is nonrefundable. We examine every piece of glass thoroughly when we purchase it, however we are not perfect, so we ask you examine the glass as well at time of purchase. We also recommend and encourage water testing your piece before leaving the store to ensure it functions to your satisfaction. All of our glass is American made and is of the highest quality, but it is still glass. There is no such thing as unbreakable glass. Our glass is durable to extremely durable but not unbreakable. Scales- We test all scales at time of purchase to make sure they leave in working order. If you have issues in the first 72 hours you may bring it back for an exchange. You must have the original receipt as well as all packaging and parts. After 72 hours you will have to go through the manufacturer.

dETOX
Detox- All detox products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranties vary slightly from brand to brand so please ask the sales associate or read the packaging. If you purchase an at home test kit at the time of purchase and you do not get the desired results please bring back the used test strip (in a plastic bag), original receipt and empty bottle and we will provide a second detox drink for free. Because all individuals’ toxins levels, metabolism and size vary, results may as well. If you require a third detox drink or more within 72 hours of your first drink we will provide them at 50% off along with a free test strip. Due to shelf-life and unknown storage environments, unused UA products can NOT be returned for in store credit.
kRATOM & HERBS
Kratom & Herbs -Packaged Kratom & Herbs may be exchanged for in store credit in the first 72 hours with original receipt as long as packaging is not opened and in original condition. Bulk Kratom is non-refundable. Kratom & other Herbs are natural plants that grows in the wild. De-pending on the time of year, maturity, and growing conditions the potency can slightly increase or decrease. If you feel your package doesn’t look the appropriate size at the time of purchase you are welcomed to ask the sales associate to double check the weight (with you present) or request a different package. Kratom & Herbs purchased in the bundle deal must be returned as a bundle with all packages meeting return requirements. Buy 2 get 1 half off, all 3 packages must be returned together. Buy 4 get 1 free, all 5 packages must be returned together.
Torches
All torches are tested to be in working order at time of purchase. If you experience any issues in the first 14 days after your purchase, you may bring back the torch with the original receipt and packaging. After 14 days you will have to work directly with the manufacturer and there warranty program.
